The Typographic Hub

Information

The Typographic Hub is a centre for the study of printing and typographic history, theory and practice at postgraduate level.  It houses a specialist reference library covering all aspects of typography and graphic communication, including the social and economic aspects of printing.

The Hub organises regular typographic conferences and other events, such as Type Talks, a series of guest lectures which are aimed at typographical academics, practitioners and students with an interest in the historical, contemporary or empirical aspects of design or technical and practical approaches to typography.  The Hub also maintains an active publishing programme.
