General Activity

Created in 2014 by the University of Wolverhampton, ArtsFest’s annual programme offers a diverse range of events including live performances, workshops, theatre shows, music, poetry and art exhibitions, all within cultural venues across the region. The university invites an eclectic range of new and established artists both locally and further afield to use ArtsFest as a platform to enhance their careers. This is something that they are proud to support, showcasing the very best our region has to offer. The university also launched ArtsFest Online in 2020, a year-round virtual programme of artist talks that started during the pandemic but has now been made a permanent fixture in the arts events calendar.
